Confirmation of Booking
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations
form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and
sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will
reply within 24 hours.
Package Tour Departure Date :
Please be informed that our tour packages are based on private
tour arrangements only for your party with private air-conditioning
car and English Speaking Guide. It means that tours are daily
departure and you are able to fix your own departure date.
Tour guide with other languages are on requested with additional
supplement, please contact our tour coordinator.
Hotel Rates :
The hotel rates are quote in US Dollar, including taxes and
service charges.
Package Tour Prices :
The prices of the package tours are guaranteed, but if unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control occurred, i.e. increased
government taxes or airfares etc, VietnamTrip.com will reserve
right to adjust the price accordingly.

Payment Policy and method :
1. Bank Transfer :
Oversea Remittance : Payment should be received 14 days before
trip, with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by client.
Kindly inform your bank to pay in full to cover all bank transfer

2. Credit card :
Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express
(AMEX). Your order will be processed once we receive the approval
from related credit representative. Once approved, your credit
line will be reserved as per your order amount (For online
credit card payment, your credit line will be reserved in
the bank system for 7 days no matter your order is cancelled).
2.1 VISA and Master Card : Online  -
Charge 3% credit card fee
You can safely shop at Vietnamtrip.com by using your VISA
and MasterCard from any issuing banks. We will email booking
confirmation together with secured online payment site, the
system will be linked to our representative bank's web page
where your credit card information must be filled and processed.
Credit card information will be encrypted and transferred
under secured server. Once the transaction is approved, the
system will show 'COMPLETED' page. If page show 'rejected',
please contact your bank to authorize charges.
2.2 American Express (AMEX) : Offline 
- Charge 3% credit card fee
This is off-line system, we will email Amex credit card authorization
form for you to fill-in and signed and fax back to us at+
662 932 7008 or scan form and email at info@vietnamtrip.com
Tour Packages Cancellations &
Refunds policy :
The following cancellation policy will apply in addition to
any other fees charged by relevant hotel, or other supplier:
45 days or more prior to departure, a service fees US$50 per
person will apply
45 to 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 30%
of the tour cost will apply.
29 to 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50%
of the tour cost will apply.
14
days or less prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100%
of the tour cost will apply.
Responsibility and Liability:
VietnamTrip.com acts as agent for services provided
by operators herein and cannot be held liable for any services
provided listed brochure or any other services incidental
thereto.
Further the responsibilities of air carries are limited in
accordance with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas
we and the participating airlines and tour operators operate
the land tours offered under this program only as agents of
the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship
lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and
others who provide the actual land arrangements.
VietnamTrip.com is not liable for any act, omission, delay,
injury, loss damage or nonperformance occurring in connection
with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline
concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline
and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation
and itineraries. Should this occur, we will endeavor to substitute
a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on
any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by
all parties involved.
Passport and Entry Visa :
Your passport must be valid for at least six months
following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession
of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are
valid for travel

Travel Insurance :
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is
the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local
health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling.
Please contract your insurance carrier for details.
VietnamTrip.com strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive
travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour;
including the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost
of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death.
A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
